The wish was the first wish for the world. It was also the first two words ever spoken.
"Find Me." said the hushed Voice as it echoed in the wind to you, past a large, billowing, flesh-colored cloud. A long, comforting sigh followed the Voice. You turned your head slowly and cautiously ever so slightly up, for you had never heard anything so all encompassing and beautiful before. With awe, you searched the expanse of the sky above you until, through the clouds you saw--for the first time, the most majestic Rainbow of flying colors ever imagined and you thought (and yes, for the first time)
"Oh, how I would love to be a part of that!"
And just like that, as if with the snippety, snap of two fingers, your eyes brightened as you saw pink and white clouds reveal, a sky-size, velvety blue curtain open, exposing...the Story of you, the Play, the Musical--and the Last Dance of your life, but what impressed you most were all the happy endings you saw. You curiously thought,
"And yes! I wish to be a part of all that too!"
The Voice continued, this time laughing as if it could see your beaming, searching eyes; as if the Voice could read your bright and inquisitive mind, feel your loving heart beat rapidly with joy and know your compassionate, caring soul. You wanted to jump enthusiastically, but you held-paused in your eagerness as the Voice instructed,
"The Stage of Life is mine, My Silent Friend and if it is mine, then it is also yours, so hop on up here, enter, center you! Come with me, somewhere over the moon. There, you will hear a music so clear and inviting that you will want to be a part of that sound always. On the Stage of Life, you will always Find Me, hiding inside the best part of you--of every one, every Story, every Play, every Musical and the Last Dance of every-one's life. Most importantly, you will Find Me hiding and smiling behind every happy ending!"
(and so, without thought or hesitation, you leaped into the unknown and on to the Stage of Life, knowing that some how, some way, you too would be a part of all that you just heard and saw, forever and for always, until the end of-- time.)
